Re water tank & installation
I wish to express my thanks at the way you supplied & installed our new water tank. It was a pleasure not to have to keep phoning to get the work done and in such a professional manner. Delivery was on the 17th of June with an early morning arrival the following day to check out just what was needed. The workers were pleasant and took care of everything that was required taking any worry out of such a big purchase. I would not hesitate in recommending (sic) Global Water Solutions to anyone wanting to purchase a water tank. It took about 3-4 hours & nothing was too much trouble. They did not prompt this letter of thanks; I wanted to express my gratitude for a job well done, and being elderly, one tends to worry if we are doing the right thing. I can say “No Worries”. Thank you again.

I normally hate getting marketing calls at dinner time, however the call from Global Water Solutions was different.  The lady was lovely, Global are a local business and they sell something we should all be thinking about - water saving devices!   This had been on our mind for a while, and the call prompted us to action. The service from Frank and Tom has been excellent; they took the time to understand  our requirements and tailor a package to suit. Any concerns or issues have been promptly and effectively dealt with.  We are confident the high level of service will continue for the life of our system.

Global Water Solutions was reccomended to me by my sister in law. Their fast efficient service was just what I was looking for. Global was able to arrange the best placement of my tank at the time of the quoting, and installed the tank in one day, with special attention given to precious plants and making sure that my property and dogs were secure.

Thank you for arranging the installations of two 3,000 litre rain water tanks. Your plumbers, electrician and delivery people were all professional and efficient. Installing a water tank was clearly a necessity in these drying, should that be trying times. Finding one that would fit into a tight space without looking "over the top" was equally important. Global Water Solutions has the answer!

The Company wheeled in a neat slimline tank that fitted perfectly against the fence line, connected it to a most efficient pump housed in an unobtrusive container and bolted a 30-metre hose reel to the wall above it. When it came to watering the garden, it was simply a matter of squeezing the hose trigger and the pump hummed into action. A truly efficient unit - now all we need is rain!

Thank you to the staff at Global Water for their excellent customer service.
Tom and Mike took the time to discuss appropriate areas for installation, measure out hose lengths (to ensure we could water all of our garden), were always on time, and were there on the day to oversee the installation. Staff were patient, friendly and always available to answer any questions. After sales service was also exceptional with Kirsty calling to ensure we were happy with our new tank and it was all running well. We didn't think genuine customer service like this existed anymore. We would recommend Global Water Solutions to everybody!
